Could I install the stone coated roof tile on a 0° roof angle?

We suggest a minimum 20 degree angle for a leak proof roofing system.

Can I walk on a MRC roof?

MRC roofs are made of steel and designed to withstand the weight of people walking on them. The panels could be damaged, however, if walking carelessly on them.

Does the Colour fade?

We use CarLac (CL ®) natural stone chips which is from France and it is also supplied to South of Korea and USA for stone coated roof tile.

Is a MRC roof more expensive?

MRC roof offers more value for your money. With a minimum 50-year life expectancy, you would have to purchase and install 2-1/2 shingle roofs for the cost of one MRC roof. Like most products you buy, "you get what you pay for." A MRC roof offers more for your money. It’s no bargain to put two roofs on your house because the first one was "cheaper" and subsequently failed. MRC’s aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel enhances the superior weathering and corrosion resistance of each roofing panel.

Will the stone chips fall down after installation?

We use the advanced Pour Glue Technology for the adhesion of the stone chips which prevent it from falling down

What kinds of roof is suitable to install stone coated roof tile?

Both Concrete and Erected Pipe Structure roof require the roof purlins before installing the roof tile

Is water run-off from a MRC roof safe to drink or collect?

Yes, the water run-off from MRC roofs meets the WHO Standards testing. However, rainwater is variable across regions; atmospheric conditions should be considered in actual use.

Are metal roofs noisy?

The owners always have the same concerns about disruptive rain noise on metal roofs. MRC stone-coated metal roofing profiles don’t require any extra soundproofing materials and are peacefully quiet in the rain thanks to the sound-absorbing cushion of granular stone coating.
